Notes regarding the genetic elements introduced or modified in this LMO
Southern blot analysis and full DNA sequencing of the MS11 B. napus transgenic locus revealed that the inserted genetic material consists of one complete copy of the T-DNA that corresponds to the transforming plasmid.
